One great night, let’s keep em coming

First off, once again thanks to everyone who showed up for the premiere on the 9th. The place was packed, projector was working and looking just as sweet as ever, people were laughing, cheering, and then the standing ovation at the end was just such an impressive moment for us as a film company that I was rendered speechless.
We each have our own high points from the night I’m sure, so I’ll share with you a few of mine. For starters, after all the dodging by news outlets and the begging I had to do to get any press attention at all, by the luck of the draw someone invited a woman from the Worcester Telegram and Gazette to the show. She told Alex and I that she was just there with her family and was not there to do a story. But by the end of the night she wanted pictures and was talking to us about the project, completely turned around from earlier in the evening. She left it up in the air about writing the article, but told us if she needed more information that she would be in touch.
My favorite moment of the night though came from having several people walk up to me and say the same two things, “You would never know that movie had no budget.” and my favorite, “When will you guys be selling copies.” Now I know what you’re thinking, I’m just happy that we can make money on the movie now but it’s far more than that. I’m elated that people who I did not know showed enough interest in the movie to want a copy. And because of this, I see an opening.
